The trailer for Bridgerton season three has arrived, featuring Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton in the lead roles.
The streaming giant premiered the trailer on Thursday, offering a glimpse into the evolving relationship between the pair, which initially blossomed from friendship to passionate romance.
Bridgerton Season three will comprise eight episodes, but unlike previous seasons, viewers will experience a divided release schedule. The first four episodes are set to debut on Netflix on May 16, with the latter half becoming available for streaming on June 13.
The forthcoming season will focus on Colin and Penelope, as outlined in the official synopsis: "Penelope enters Season three finally ready to give up her longtime crush on Colin. However, that doesn’t mean she’s done with love. Instead, Penelope has decided it’s time to take a husband — and preferably one who will give her the freedom to continue her double life as Lady Whistledown, far away from the prying eyes of her mother and sisters."
Fans can anticipate discovering Penelope's fate as the season unfolds, following the romantic tales of Daphne and Simon from season one and the tumultuous relationship between Anthony and Kate from season two.
